I?d definitely stay here again...
Liked: staff extremely nice , cleanliness, and spacious rooms .
Disliked: hallway carpet a little smelly.

My stay was horrible with...
Liked: I like the location and usually am given a good room but that was not the case this time.
Disliked: Numerous things in the room were broken or damaged and my car had its windshield broken in your parking lot while I was in my room. When I asked for a refund for the 2nd day as I wanted to check out and save money to pay for a new windshield I was told there was nothing the hotel could do about it and that they would not issue a refund.

good under trying (covid) circumstances.
Liked: size of room: a suite and on top floorclose to visiting our familyclose to other services and restaurants
Disliked: breakfast was second rate ate once and went to Jack's after that. Comforter was FILFTHY needed dry cleaning we asked for another that was just as bad

Liked: Location, friendliness, cleanliness. we enjoyed our stay inspite of the mishap (see below)
Disliked: Unfortunately the toilet overflowed and the water came into the bedroom. The desk responded immediately and moved us to the room next door.

Liked: they were overbooked. first night in smaller room. was told it would be discounted, still arguing. problem in one toilet, front desk response? one to the desk, you can borrow a plunger!? last night 7 year old was bitten by bed bugs? not Hyey House standard

Disappointing, frustrating and second guessing...
Liked: The check in with Jennifer was perfect. Awesome employee. Room was clean and enjoyed the big T.V. The property is aging...dark halls and not enough signage to find our room. Loved the kitchen area and fridge. Nice large shower.
Disliked: One of the two elevators were broken. I looked at my debit on my Credit card and it was $475? I went down at 3:00 AM because I was so upset and THOMAS JONES...said there was nothing he could do. It was because you booked with Bookings.com and they were the only people that could fix it. He was rude and condescending. I asked for a copy of my bill and the room charge WAS CORRECT. He then said "Oh..that extra $250.00 is for incidentals". Whatthe restaurant and bar are closed? He said that charge would come off in 3-5 days. The next day...there was a charge of $475 AND $250 for one overnight stay. I'm not happy with Hyatt. A lady in the elevator complained that she had been there four days, they wouldn't clean her room and she had to go the the Front Desk for a roll of toilet paper. What the heck has happened to Hyatt? I have stayed many places and never had an experience like this one. Very disappointed with THOMAS and the property itself needs to be something else but dark and dreary? Is it the light bulbs? Color of the halls? It is not a place I would want to return to....my family lives in that area and I thought it would be a good idea to spend the night rathe than drive in the dark in bad December weather.
