Everyone working at the hotel was very sweet and made the stay more than enjoyable for us Canadians. Thanks again!

Disliked: Just the gal from the bar gave me a look when we asked for more coffee. Other than that, front desk and the valet people were great.

If the parking and valet service wasn't so horrid, I would have given them a 4 or 5. It alone was bad enough that I won't be coming back. They lose/misplace keys and it takes them forever to get your car. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes to get your car. And this "service" is actually required unless you find parking elsewhere. I'd look elsewhere to avoid this annoyance.

From the valet to the concierge to the buffet staff at breakfast, everyone was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. My room was comfortable and well appointed with an incredible view of the river.

Liked: This is one of the most comfortable places I've ever stayed!
Disliked: Housekeeping missed a used bandage left in the shower. It was kind of a gross discovery but I got over it. An extra shelf in the shower stall would be helpful.

Disliked: The seating area on the upper deck was crowded and it was not on the water as the pictures would have suggested when booking.

Disliked: Price was high, our room was right by an outdoor patio, there was a wedding reception and it was very loud. We were told it was going to end, and get quiet at 1030pm which was fine since we didn't arrive until 10:20pm. The music did stop at 10:30 as promised but the loud party goers did not, so about 11:48pm I called the front desk and explained the noise and asked them to please put an end to it, it quickly got better but did not stop. I finally feel asleep about 12:30am. Parking garage very small and no spots so we had to park across the street at another public garage, which was a bit worrisome for overnight but actually 5 dollars cheaper than parking at the hotel

Liked: The hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Rooms were pretty nice and clean
Disliked: I know it's Pittsburgh but wasn't crazy about the double parking in very tight spots. Only complaint was someone was pounding on walls or it was above us(hard to tell where it was comming from) after quiet hours til almost 1am. There was a wedding party and that was the response from the front desk when we checked out. Hot breakfast was very small compared to other hotels

Liked: Great location close to Pitt and downtown Pittsburgh. This hotel is located in Southside and up and coming neighborhood in Pittsburgh.
Disliked: The parking situation is atrocious. Don’t ever use their garage. It’s 20 dollars a day and is very small and difficult to navigate. Use the garage across the street for $15 a day.
