Disliked: Just the gal from the bar gave me a look when we asked for more coffee. Other than that, front desk and the valet people were great.

If the parking and valet service wasn't so horrid, I would have given them a 4 or 5. It alone was bad enough that I won't be coming back. They lose/misplace keys and it takes them forever to get your car. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes to get your car. And this "service" is actually required unless you find parking elsewhere. I'd look elsewhere to avoid this annoyance.
Liked: Clean and neat room design.
Disliked: The valet service is practically required and is horrid. Plan to wait at least 30-45 minutes for your car.

From the valet to the concierge to the buffet staff at breakfast, everyone was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. My room was comfortable and well appointed with an incredible view of the river.
Liked: This is one of the most comfortable places I've ever stayed!
Disliked: Housekeeping missed a used bandage left in the shower. It was kind of a gross discovery but I got over it. An extra shelf in the shower stall would be helpful.

Liked: A night out for my husbands 40th birthday. Couldn't beat the location, as our plans included going to REI and the Hofbrauhaus. Very clean and many amenities.

Liked: Nicely decorated lobby area. Good breakfast that was included. Area around hotel is all new.
Disliked: Odd room. It was more of an efficiency apartment. It was advertised to sleep 5- I don't know how. 1 king bed and 1 small pull out sofa. Bedroom was not separated from living and kitchen area. Large kitchen island was a waste of space. The blanket for the pull out had stains on it. Could only get back to hotel if you drove your car or take an uber.Overpriced. Also received conflicting info about how to get back to hotel from Heinz Field.

Excellent stay. Customer for life.
Liked: Really everything. Breakfast was wonderful. Linda did a great job tending to all breakfast attendees and was so friendly and kind. Front staff very knowledgeable and friendly. Husband participated in pre-game at H-bar and was amazed at prices. Everything was so clean and we are very picky. You have a customer for life.
Disliked: Could you please supply a bottle of water per guest to start the stay?
