Everyone working at the hotel was very sweet and made the stay more than enjoyable for us Canadians. Thanks again!

Disliked: Just the gal from the bar gave me a look when we asked for more coffee. Other than that, front desk and the valet people were great.

If the parking and valet service wasn't so horrid, I would have given them a 4 or 5. It alone was bad enough that I won't be coming back. They lose/misplace keys and it takes them forever to get your car. Expect to wait 30-45 minutes to get your car. And this "service" is actually required unless you find parking elsewhere. I'd look elsewhere to avoid this annoyance.

From the valet to the concierge to the buffet staff at breakfast, everyone was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. My room was comfortable and well appointed with an incredible view of the river.

Liked: This is one of the most comfortable places I've ever stayed!
Disliked: Housekeeping missed a used bandage left in the shower. It was kind of a gross discovery but I got over it. An extra shelf in the shower stall would be helpful.

Liked: Friendly staff and convenient location. Everything was very clean and maintained.
Disliked: Very thin walls. Could hear everything happening in the halls, your neighbors upstairs, it was like muffled background noise. Also didn't like the parking situation. Part of the lot is tandem parking with clear signage about pulling forward. We came back later in the evening, had paid for parking, and no one followed the rules and the garage was full. Staff just kind of shrugged their shoulders and had me park in a public garage a block away. I understand the challenge of their garage, but with a garage this unique, have a full time parking attendant or something, especially if you're paying for it.

Liked: The included breakfast buffet was very good. The room was very nice with a great view of the river and city. The bathroom was well proportioned.
Disliked: The parking garage was kind of tight, not the easiest to get in or out of, but it was available with easy access to the hotel. I don't believe the parking not always being available was listed on your site.
