Very good

Very poor service

Liked: The location was good The breakfast area is nice and so is the pool area.
Disliked: We stayed for 4 nights, and not once did we receive clean towels or made beds, even after asking each day to have that service, even multiple times on our last day! The service desk would act caring and said they would send someone up, but it never happened!! I have never had this at a hotel ever! It was also a pretty dirty hotel, so that tells you the cleaning skills there. Once we returned home, I called the manager there, and though he acted sympathetic to the situation, he would not refund part of our money since we paid for a clean room. He made it a weird excuse about the card reader being down. Right - that's why you can't give me a discount for service that was never given. I just told him fine, but he should really figure out what is going on with his staff because with that poor service, he will have many more calls. This is my first bad review on a hotel, so that is saying something. My family was quite disappointed in the service, staff, and cleanliness.

Liked: Such a great big room with everything we needed for us and our two adult children! Comfy beds. Good breakfast with many choices.
Disliked: We were way on the end of the first floor and from the hallway I thought of room would be sketchy but clearly they are remodeling and our room was excellent

Disliked: Layout of floors was interesting. An additional elevator for the rooms that are way beyond the existing elevator would be a great improvement.

Great Value

Liked: For the price we got a great value. Normally for the price we paid I could only get at best one bedroom suite but this unit was a two bedroom suite which for a family of 5 was very welcome. The kitchen was fully stacked with utensils, glasses, bowl tea, coffee etc. and was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Every room had its own tv which I found it to be rare in this price range. The breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: The corridors on my floor had a slightly unpleasant smell. While clean and nice looking the bathrooms were a little worn out. The breakfast ended at 9:30am which I thought was a little early.
