Would stay again

Liked: Hyatt House KoP was welcoming with their water available upon entry and the staff at the desk greeted me with a smile. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
Disliked: The bed was a little bit too high. Even though I'm tall, I had to go on my toes to get into bed but once in, it was comfy. The bacon was a little overcooked at breakfast.

Liked: Toilet didn’t work. I had to plunge it late at night and then when I spoke to the general manager because there were teenagers that weekend on some kind of trip and they were running around the hotel and screaming and making noise all night long well into the early morning hours and the general manager only refunded my room and half of my brother‘s room, which I think I should’ve paid zero because of those problems and in addition the breakfast room was not well Stocked and the tables were filthy so all in all I felt like I had to work cleaning the toilet, plunging the toilet cleaning a breakfast table, et cetera that’s not my idea of staying in our
