Overall, a great experience,.

Liked: We have stayed at this location several times and its sister resort the Hyatt Lodge, always exceptional experience when we’re there. Great staff, we enjoy the complementary breakfast along with complementary coffee. Very great touch.
Disliked: It would be a nice touch if they added a hot tub, and maybe expanded there workout area.

Liked: Great location, hotel was beautiful. It was very comfortable. The layout was great.
Disliked: Was waiting in line while your representative completed speaking with a customer. He offered the person complimentary water, I was never offered that I paid for 2 bottles.

Liked: The property was clean and everyone was so nice. It was so many great places to eat and shop within 5 miles

Overall, a pleasant stay.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff was helpful.
Disliked: Something in the room triggered an asthma attack for my son. Not sure about air quality/air circulation.
