Not worth the money

Liked: Staff was nice, except for breakfast staff. The location is good. Overall property was clean except as noted.
Disliked: View not good, breakfast quality was terrible, microwave in breakfast area filthy. In the past breakfast was better. Bed was filthy but staff was nice about cleaning the room once I brought the situation to their attention. Breakfast staff not nice at all. The room had 2 queen beds. One of the beds was filthy, pictures attached. When I complained they corrected the situation, but I was disgusted. The breakfast was of poor quality. They started to take down the breakfast 15-20 minutes before the stated end time.

Liked: Clean and close to the things we wanted to do in town
Disliked: We paid for a king sized bed and got a queen, and were told a ridiculous excuse that they have different sized king beds… we also paid for parquet flooring and got old carpet. Definitely didn’t get what we paid for

Modern hotel with no view

Liked: Nice and modern rooms
Disliked: Paid extra for high floor with view, but there is nothing to see from the view

Liked: Nice room layout, very nice shower. Quiet room, heater made perfect white noise.Breakfast was nice.One minute walk to Starbucks for favorite coffee.

Superb

Liked: Clean, comfortable, amenities, breakfast, located near Mayo Hospital. Excellent value.
Disliked: $5 separate charge for parking seemed a bit “nickel and dime.”
