Disliked: The hotel has pre-authorized 3 rooms instead of 2 rooms upon my arrival on my credit card. During the entire stay, I asked the staff to rectify this, but every time they said it was an error of my bank. Even today, after 13 days and many calls where the staff spoke very badly to me, my credit card can still not be used. I had to continue my holidays in other states without being able to use my credit card.Thanks to the Hyatt Hotel for ruining my vacation!!!

Liked: Location is amazing
Disliked: Had some issues with cleaning, also my bed lamp was broken and continuously switched on and the top of the toilet was broken. But overall nice small room with a kitchenette

Liked: Loved it, great location, amazing rooms and size of rooms for such value!
Disliked: Need to fix the broken tiles inside the elevators and explain how to change from the overhead shower to the handheld one

Liked: Everything. Such an unreal place. Staff went out of their way to decorate our room whilst we were out one morning, as a birthday surprise for my partners 30th birthday. So helpful & attentive. Very clean property. Would definitely stay again

Brilliant location, clean rooms and...
Liked: Hyatt House New York / Chelsea was conveniently located. It was at a walkable distance from most sites. The whole property was new and reasonably clean during our week long stay. The washer/dryer in our room was definitely a plus. If possible, ask for a room on a higher floor, it?s much quieter. Free American-style breakfast was good. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very efficient. Check-in was smooth and fast.
Disliked: The 2 lifts that served the property, though fast, weren?t enough during rush hours. We had to wait up to 10 minutes for more than 4 occasions. Also, the breakfast service gets chaotic for the last 40 minutes of each morning. They simply don?t have enough staff to even clear the tables for the next lot of patrons.
