Liked: Great views, clean rooms, good facilities & friendly staff. Complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: Lifts can get busy during peak times.

Liked: The staff were lovely and we had a very welcoming team member on reception when we arrived and we felt welcomed each time we came back to the hotel. The team were very helpful offering umberellas etc when it was raining heavily outside.
Disliked: The breakfast was very repetitive, and didn't have all the options shown on the posters. More variety at breakfast would be much better. This was our only slight issue.

I can definitely recommend this hotel. Price - quality ratio really good.

Disliked: Housekeeping came really late. Two occasions I had just arrived so I didnt want it and the next day they didnt show up when I stayed out until evening. But not a huge issue.

We had the most wonderful stay at Hyatt House and would definitely come back.

Liked: First if all: the location! Close to two subway lines, within walking distance to Broadway, Highline, Times Square and Empire State Building. We had the suite on the 30th floor with amazing views downtown. It was spotlessly clean, Beds were super comfy, facilities were great. It was nice to have a small kitchenette and we really appreciated the complimentary breakfast.
Disliked: This is not a complaint just a tip to further improvement. Some cheese and fresh tomato or cucumber for breakfast would have been nice...and for environmental reasons: real cups instead of disposable ones.

Liked: The room was clean, new and spacious. The location was great and close to my office. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was pretty poor considering the price and the fact that breakfast standards are pretty good nowadays. More variety, more fruit and juices and healtier options would have been appreciated.
