I really like this place,...

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic. Many choices.
Disliked: We stayed for two nights, but after the first night no one ever came to clean our room. I had to go take our dirty towels to the front to get clean ones. I also had to take out our trash and ask for more trash bags and toilet paper. I asked the front if someone could clean our room and he said everyone was gone and there would be no one to clean till the next day. He said this happened because it was a holiday.

Liked: Location is perfect
Disliked: Room was over an hour late to be ready, I requested highest floor but was placed in the lowest (basement). Check in attendant informed me that since my room wasn't ready he could place me in a downgraded room and charge me less, but then informed me that since i booked through a third party, he couldn't change the price, but could still downgrade my room so that we wouldn't have to wait for the correct room to be cleaned.

Liked: Very nice hotel, nice large room for our family, breakfast was good, pool was nice but no hot tub, but they did have a heated shower by the pool which was nice. Highly recommend
