Best stay in Franklin

Liked: We LOVED the whole set up of the room. We felt exactly like we were in a small apartment instead of a hotel. The ceilings are tall and makes the rooms feel more spacious and not so cramped like many other hotels we have stayed at. We loved the idea of the hotel key in the slot by the door to activate the lights in the room- we thought that was such a neat and smart idea. The beds were so comfortable. The hotel is so close to EVERYTHING. We felt so relaxed and at peace staying here. My 4 year old did not want to leave the location, he begged us to stay another night LOL. It's safe to say we have already booked another stay for Mother's Day weekend. We will always come back here when visiting Franklin.

Liked: The room was very clean. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and the pool/gym were great, fully stocked with clean towels and enjoyable.

Disliked: We had to have someone come in and adjust the air conditioning. The property has it set so that you have a limited range of control. Also, the air control requires that you move every so often. The sensor is out of the bedroom, so the heat came on during the night.
