Had a great time in Nashville. The room was excellent, but the staff seemed to be a little neglecting to help people. You want an excellent rating, you gotta earn it.

Liked: The room was great and a wonderful use of space.
Disliked: Tried to get a drink at the bar at 4p.m. on Sunday, but no one was working it. If the bar is closed then put up a bar sign saying CLOSED. The lady working the counter was not helpful and it seemed like I was bothering her to ask her if the bar was even open. I found her and this issue very annoying after being on the road for 4 hours.

Disliked: I did not agree with having to pay $45 to park!! Like what else were we supposed to do with our car? That should be included in the price or at least told up front!!

Liked: Stayed here for 4 nights while passing through on our Honeymoon. Great location, walking distance to Broadway street, but far enough away to be a quiet area. Substantial breakfast provided. Very comfortable hotel. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice upscale hotel

Liked: The bed and sink. The couch in the room was a nice touch too. I liked the location. I liked the security measures with the key cards for the entrance. Felt very safe.
Disliked: The shower leaks water out of the door when closed. Don’t think the caulking was done right. Also the breakfast didn’t have much options and everything was basically done by 9am
