Had a great time in Nashville. The room was excellent, but the staff seemed to be a little neglecting to help people. You want an excellent rating, you gotta earn it.

Liked: The room was great and a wonderful use of space.
Disliked: Tried to get a drink at the bar at 4p.m. on Sunday, but no one was working it. If the bar is closed then put up a bar sign saying CLOSED. The lady working the counter was not helpful and it seemed like I was bothering her to ask her if the bar was even open. I found her and this issue very annoying after being on the road for 4 hours.

The room had great space...

Liked: Good location for walking to many hot spots - Broadway, the Gulch…
Disliked: There was a very strong smell, speaker or air freshener smell but very strong inside the lobby which was a littleOverwhelming.

Would recommend and will be...

Liked: The location was great, staff friendly and helpful. Clean. Shower was excellent.
Disliked: Breakfast was very basic, was possibly complimentary though so cannot complain.

I definitely will be back...

Liked: I loved the bed and pillows. So so so comfortable. The pool facilities were awesome too. Breakfast was good. I just wished you had pancakes or waffles.
Disliked: A little more options at breakfast. Bacon too.

Very good

Liked: Everything was great. I love that we could walk to broadway.
Disliked: I was told by staff that parking would be waived due to our room not being ready when we checked in. I was still charged full parking fees for every night I was there.
