Liked: The room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was good. Everything was as expected. The location was close to Broadway and downtown but far enough that it wasn't noisy.
Disliked: The toilet was not connected to the floor. So, every time you sit down, it clanks. There was also a random odor of poop, probably from the loose toilet.

Disliked: When i was checking out on June 1 of this year parking is part of bill i gave my ticket to the lady at the desk didn't give back my ticket so as I was living the parking garage I had to pay again just to get out of parking garage so when I got down to the main level I went in and them what I had did. The lady told me I didn't have to pay again I was like to late already did so she took a picture of the transaction still waiting on the refund
