Nice and Comfortable

Liked: Breakfast was delicious, Staff very friendly and courteous. Even the bartender who got slammed with customers after the Vanderbilt vs Texas game was extremely hard working and accommodating!
Disliked: The room had an electricity issue. Power surges kept happening that would cut out the tvs and telephone.

Liked: Comfortable bed, friendly staff, Walk-in shower, upgrade to suite
Disliked: Coffee machine in room was broken/inoperative, faucett spout in kitchenette loose, breakfast closed too early and I missed out (9:30 is a ridiculous time to end the breakfast. Should be at the top of the hour.This was my biggest dissatisfaction) Overnight parking fee of $33 is a rip-off. Shame on you. Same fee at the Rennaissance was $15 LESS ($20 per night).
