Disappointing and underperforming

Liked: Room was nice. Breakfast was good.
Disliked: Check in was at 3:00. We arrived at 3:20 and upon checking in, we had to wait for approximately one hour before our room was ready. No one available to assist with taking or bags to the room. We could hear a room full of girls having fun into the late hours of the night from our room, not making it easy to sleep.
