Liked: We requested a water side view room, a few days before we arrived. We were staying for 13 nights and it was important to us to have that outlook. We weren't disappointed. The room was great, the view , excellent. The complementary breakfast was also excellent. Great food choice every morning. Staff were all amazing. We will be back
Disliked: The WiFi was a bit patchy outside of the rooms. Example, the balcony. That could be improved. but everything else was great.

Liked: The staff was really nice to my daughters, especially the one who's bday we were celebrating during our stay!
Disliked: Mold in the bathroom. Terrible body wash and shampoo... and I am a man who will literally use body was on my entire body... im not picky, but this thing was awful. Wouldn't get the sunscreen off of my skin. Then I tried one that i brought and it did th e job. Pool: Disgusting trash was kept around while it was in use... floating napkins, and stuff on the drainage... the next day? IT WAS STILL ALL THERE. Does anyone clean the pool? Food/breakfast: Unhealthy options... I understand that real maple is expensive, but the fake stuff you give kids/ppl is just too GMO'd!
