The staff of the hotel...

Liked: The suite was spacious and the sheets smelled like fresh bleached laundry .
Disliked: Breakfast was very mediocre

Great stay during busy holiday

Liked: Hotel is conveniently located near walkable food and drug stores. Ambient patio area with fire pit and BBQ grills. Staff was friendly and attentive. Free breakfast was good and waffles were delicious! Pool and gym hours were convenient. The bed was very comfortable...not too hard or soft.
Disliked: Room was clean but upon departure when stripping bed linens and pillowcase, noticed twisted hair inside case from previous guest. That's completely unsanitary! Sofa was very low to the ground and the cushion had small hole in it. The freezer wasn't defrosted so couldn't use it.

Great hotel with friendly staff...

Liked: It’s location was convenient for heading to a night out in Lewes or going to the beaches. Centralized around so many things to do/see.
Disliked: Our room had a slight scent to it, similar to mold or mildew, but the room was fantastic over all and everything appeared very clean.

New, conveniently located hotel that...

Liked: This is a very nicely appointed and clean hotel. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and they kindly provide real glasses in the room. Parking is plentiful and free. The location is convenient for Lewes and Rehoboth. There is a long indoor lap pool and a nice seating area with firepit outside. The staff were, in all cases, extremely helpful and went beyond the call of duty.
Disliked: These are minor things in the big picture. First, when we came back from our first day out, we were surprised to see that our room had not been cleaned. We were going to ask about that but then saw a posting in the elevator that rooms are cleaned only after three days, unless instructed otherwise. Certainly a cost-cutting measure, but I wish we had been more specifically told this. Used shower towels didn't dry out that quickly in the room, and we would have liked to have fresh ones. Second, there is a couch by the window which invites reading, but there is no floor lamp there. Would be nice to have one. Third, while the breakfast is generous and has things that will appeal to many visitors, the cut fruit was inedible. It seemed like it had been cut days before and had no flavor. One thing we hope all visitors will remember (no fault of the hotel) is not to shout or talk loudly in the hallways.

A refreshing gift

Liked: From start to finish, our stay here was amazing! The pool water and pool room were set to the perfect temperatures. And the breakfast had so many options. The hotel experience overall was classy, clean, and totally exceeded expectations.
