Liked: I liked that the room was bright, nice and large, free breakfast with yogurt and fruits, transportation - free shuttle to airport and from airport
Disliked: cost of room was too high, no vegetables at breakfast, not as clean as I expected, shower hot water was less than warm, waited at front desk in a line for check-in and check-out

Liked: Alex at the front desk was amazing!!
Disliked: The only reason I did not give a 10 star review is that there was no coffee in our room and we had to ring 3 times to get some coffee brought up to us which took over an hour.

Convenient hotel and great value...

Liked: Very modern, clean, near the airport. The shuttle was waiting at a well defined place and quickly had me at my terminal.
Disliked: The shuttle to the hotel needs to be better defined. There is a different shuttle to the Hyatt regency and I went on it thinking it would take me to the Hyatt House. Luckily I had been on a 16 hour flight and welcomed the 5 minute walk to the hotel. The driver of the shuttle wanted to charge me 25 dollars to drop me off at hyatt house from Regency.

Fabulous hotel and great value...

Liked: This is a fantastic hotel for the price! The room is huge and extremely comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The only thing I would suggest they tweak is the menu. Currently it is just main stream usual burgers etc. But this is an aiport hotel with diverse guests, some healthier options would be so welcome. And room service is currently not available, not the end of the world but it would also be nice. We would definately stay again and I have already recommended it recently to friends.

Easy to get to from...

Liked: Location - near to LAX and walking distance to a variety of restaurants
Disliked: A bit on the pricey side for our budget
