Liked: I loved the location! And the room we had was great! Requested a bottom floor and they really did a good job of accomplishing that!! From Texas and have family in LA will always stay here for now on!

Room size was good but...

Liked: The room layouts were great for a group.
Disliked: The outside could use some cleaning up. The building is multi-level and without elevators. The rooms are also far away from the lobby.

Regret spending over 1,400 for...

Liked: Location close to airport
Disliked: No good customer service we needed to ask for extra bedding for pull out didn’t have what we needed on hand we had to ask for more towels and TP on Monday never came we needed an iron on Sunday they said there’s one there but it wasn’t the one we got from them was leaking so much water it soaked the garment we were trying to iron the breakfast was one of the worst we ever had at any hotel especially at a Hyatt it really fell short of what we were expecting.The videos can’t be uploaded so I submitted wat pics I could but recordings won’t let me up load on this site
