A bad experience.

Liked: The hotel was close to LAX.
Disliked: The location wa not in a good part of town. The location looked seedy. The room had bed mites. My wife was bitten multiple times. I would not stay again. This hotel does not rate as a Hyatt.

Disliked: Dirty room, wasn’t what it was advertised as, was so loud, area wasn’t as made to seem - it wasn’t in Manhattan Beach it is some other area which was industrial and they charge a lot for parking!

Disliked: Checking in was horrible, the receptionist who take care of us didn’t want to help us managing a system error. Thanks to booking.com staff who solve the problem 30min later after my call.No Elevator to get to the upper floor, but it’s ok when you don’t have big suitcase.
