We were in Indianapolis to see Adam Sandler. We'd never stayed at Hyatt House before but I chose it for the location. It is literally a five minute walk to the front entrance of Gainbridge Arena. They have valet parking which I highly recommend. You pull up, they open your door, help you unload and your vehicle is whisked away. When you are ready to leave our vehicle was waiting at the curb before we could ride the elevator down. Our whole weekend was so easy it was amazing. Would not hesitate to go to another event there.

Liked: It's a beautiful hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, with an awesome shower. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel had valet parking which I would highly recommend because of the downtown location. I thought the price was very reasonable.
Disliked: Nothing.

Perfect stay

Liked: Location was perfect. 500 m to Conference center.Breakfast was fine - not luxury - but it was fine. Reception staff was nice and helpful. Cleaning and bar staff was very polite and friendly.Parking arranged and paid through hotel was very convenient.The outside terrace was super cozy.

Probably wouldn’t go back, but...

Liked: Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Pool was freezing, which was the main reason we did a hotel instead of air b&b. Staff said it was 79 degrees but it felt like 69. Our kids lips were blue within 10 min and had to get them out. The breakfast was also good but the dining area was sooo small there was no where to sit.
