Hyatt House Indianapolis Downtown

We were in Indianapolis to see Adam Sandler. We'd never stayed at Hyatt House before but I chose it for the location. It is literally a five minute walk to the front entrance of Gainbridge Arena. They have valet parking which I highly recommend. You pull up, they open your door, help you unload and your vehicle is whisked away. When you are ready to leave our vehicle was waiting at the curb before we could ride the elevator down. Our whole weekend was so easy it was amazing. Would not hesitate to go to another event there.

Liked: It's a beautiful hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, with an awesome shower. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel had valet parking which I would highly recommend because of the downtown location. I thought the price was very reasonable.
Disliked: Nothing.

Amazing and so nice!!

Liked: Clean and comfy, all the extras you could ask for!! All the staff were helpful and accommodating. The beds were amazing and comfortable! We will def be back!! Pool was amazing too!!
Disliked: Only thing I can say as maybe a little constructive criticism, if the pool is “heated” as advertised, then it needs turned up. If it isn’t heated, then you need to remove that from the advertisement. Also, the bathroom had no working fan, so the mirror would stay steamed up and it would not smell the greatest.

Liked: The location is perfect!
Disliked: Valet was a little rough waiting for others. We had to circle around several times before we could pull into the valet area.

Liked: This is our go to in Indy. Great location, walkable to everything downtown and steps from Gainbridge field house

Fantastic

Liked: Breakfast options were fantastic. Location was great. It was clean and everyone was friendly!
Disliked: They only had one server at the restaurant on a game night. It was slow and our order got screwed up but the server himself was great! He was just overwhelmed. I also didn’t like that you couldn’t access the stairs from the main floors. So after the game the elevators were super busy. I also didn’t realize it was going to be an additional $52 a day to park at this hotel.

Liked: Hot fresh breakfast is always exceptional. King suite is spacious and comfortable. Location across from Gainbridge is great and walking to many places makes it worth the money.
Disliked: We failed to tell maintenance that the toilet kept running.

All around unimpressed

Liked: Convenient to Gainbridge.
Disliked: Upon check in use of the hotels patron restroom, all toilets were dirty, then from about midnight to 3 am there was what sounded like Street racing all night long. There was no fan in the room so no air circulation making it feel extremely hot. And to top it all off, when we received our car from the valet things inside were obviously ransacked, and items were missing. All around unimpressed. We will not stay here ever again.
