We were in Indianapolis to see Adam Sandler. We'd never stayed at Hyatt House before but I chose it for the location. It is literally a five minute walk to the front entrance of Gainbridge Arena. They have valet parking which I highly recommend. You pull up, they open your door, help you unload and your vehicle is whisked away. When you are ready to leave our vehicle was waiting at the curb before we could ride the elevator down. Our whole weekend was so easy it was amazing. Would not hesitate to go to another event there.

Liked: It's a beautiful hotel. Our room was clean and spacious, with an awesome shower. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel had valet parking which I would highly recommend because of the downtown location. I thought the price was very reasonable.
Disliked: Nothing.

Superb

Liked: Near to the downtown centre. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Good breakfast variety. The parking is a bit expensive, but anywhere in Indianapolis near to the centre. At top there is a pool and they providing towels for it, which was nice.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: The kitchen sink was slow to drain and the sliding door to the bathroom was very difficult to slide close.

Liked: Loved the restaurants/bar located inside! I loved that it was located directly across the street from the venue I was attending. The breakfast was very good. The outdoor bar at night was very nice.
Disliked: My coffee pot wasn’t clean and there was no cream. Could have used extra towels.

Disliked: Bathroom door off track and would not close. Many pubic hairs on toilet and even stuck to wall. Mirror in bedroom filthy. Hand lotion was 2/3 used.
