Awesome hotel with a nice...

Liked: The room was really nice and spacious, creating a comfy atmosphere. The view was great, and the pool was stunning. Plus, the staff was friendly and easy to chat with.
Disliked: Parking needs a bit more explanation. When you arrive, you have to go into the parking garage and get a temporary code first. After you get your key, you have to pay $15 per night for parking, which wasn’t mentioned before. It’s not a big deal, but it would’ve been easier if that was stated on the website

Liked: Very clean. Great amenities.Friendly helpful staff. Ease of parking, safe parking. Awesome pool, jacuzzi and plenty of decorative lounge chairs. I loved it. So much better than the 5 star hotel I stayed at in Houston

A Pleasant Stay

Liked: I liked the location of the hotel. It's a few minutes away from the NRG stadium where we were attending a concert. The hotel is very clean and the staff was friendly. We had a pleasant stay here. We will be back the next time we are in Houston.

Disliked: -different room size for the same price-very loud AC-fee for parking (15$ pre night)-no shop in walking distance-someone smokes in the corridor on our floor during our stay
