Liked: Breakfast was good, Location is ideal near galleria
Disliked: Cleaning I used only once during my week stay but it could have been done better, they gave me dishwasher soap without sponge and secondly they just took the flatware that needed to be cleaned. Biggest issue I had with property was very poor management of staff specially around pool. It was 100 degrees temperature in Houston during my stay in Houston and it was impossible to stay near the pool between 8am-8pm in scorching heat and front desk was enforcing to leave pool area by 10pm. We were not even using the pool. The attitude of girl working in evening shift on friday and saturday was deplorable. I went to complain and asked to reach the property manager but i was told he does not work over the weekends. I left my number and they never reached out to me. It is good good hotel and location eventhough property is not so new but it is very poorly management and does not match Hyatt standards which made me book this hotel.

I wouldn't stay again, unfortunately.

Liked: The bed, and whomever cleaned did a good job. That's literally it.
Disliked: The ambiance wasn't what it is suppose to be. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to help me. The 1st room she placed me in had mold on the vents and along the wall. But she switched me another room which was much better. IN the hallway it smelled mildew-y. The carpets needed a good cleaning. And I think her children were there on the computers. It wasn't a good stay. I'm sure I will not book again with this particular property.
