Frustrating start but ended ok

Liked: There were a variety of breakfast options to choose from and the area was clean. The hallways and room were clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The room was supposed to be ready at 3, we arrived at 5:30 and the room was not ready. We were told it would be another 30 minutes. We had a concert we needed to get to, so we were rushing to get ready by the time we got our room. We were also given an inactive key so we had to waste more time going back down to the office and get a new one. When asked if there was any compensation for the inconvenience of the room being late in getting ready, we were told no, nothing was offered, not even a free night parking, snack, or drink.

Disliked: The door was not secured the safety latch was not in good condition it was loose not safe at all the door did not close completely
