Quality has went down, not...

Liked: The location is good
Disliked: -There were 2 dead bugs in our fridge -Had to pay to park in the garage every night, but the gate was broken so it was left open for anyone to enter. Defeated the purpose of paying for security - Breakfast was 3/10 at best -The carpet was old and dirty looking -The door latch/ lock was not properly secured into the wall and the side of the wall was cracking. -There was a cigarette end inside of our nightstand..not sure if housekeeping cleaned fully?? Also, it’s a NON SMOKING ROOM-The TV in our suite didn’t work at all-The tile in the bathroom was poorly glued down and putting weight on it would cause it to shift -Alarm clock in room didn’t workWe had stayed here in the same style of room for years and loved every stay. . Not sure what has happened recently but we will not be returning.

Disliked: safe, the garage gate was broken for days, I saw a guy inside doing drugs, and a broke in car next to my car, and they charged 21 USD for parking per nightThe internet was offline for a entire dayI had a leak in the bathroom in my last night there, had to change the room

Hyatt House is good and...

Liked: It is very nice place and the location is very good, not too far to Galleria, anytime am in Houston is a very nice place to stay.
Disliked: The breakfast is good but I think they can do better.

Disliked: my room was little noisy at times, breakfast was very basic, not very appetising.
