Disappointed

Disliked: Rooms are only cleaned once a week. I was told a cleaning could be requested which I did, but it was ignored. Bags of trash lined the hallways at night and in the morning. Breakfast tables were not cleaned after a guest left leaving it up to the next guest to clean. Front desk support was mediocre.

Will absolutely be coming back!!

Liked: Great location! The staff is great! The H bar Is amazing!! The GM Wanda is the best!!

Liked: Good location and staff are lovely. the apartment was very clean and staff were willing to help with anything needed. Laundry room very handy.
Disliked: Breakfast is OK. Not a lot of gluten free options, and listing water, butter and milk as gluten free isn't a solution. Also the place is clean but in need of a little TLC.

Liked: Extremely friendly staff, rooms are very spacious, very well equipped. Breakfast is very good too. Excellent service overall! Also location is brilliant within walking distance of the Metro
