Great place and price with...

Liked: Clean, safe, great customer service, next to public market with variety of foods, next to Trader Joe’s, Old Navy, Peet’s Coffee.Room has balcony and Bay view when selected.

Beware of your stuff getting...

Liked: Loved the location.
Disliked: Our closet shelf fell off the wall. When we asked maintenance to fix it. They not only fixed it but stole our bottle of alcohol. We reported it. The manager response, oh this never happens. Well not until now. Why would we spend the money we did, but complain about a stolen bottle of alcohol. It was on the shelf when we left. Gone when we returned. We were disappointed. Won’t waste our money there anymore. No other response from management. We don’t expect that from Hyatt.

Liked: Love breakfast staff accommodating since I had to check in early with my husband who is disabled they were very accommodating to help him in our time of need due to long ride.
