Spacious suite at a good...

Liked: Spacious suite at a good price
Disliked: It was very crowded this weekend, and you had to wait a long time to get the included breakfast buffet and wait a long time for the elevators

It was hard for us...

Liked: Great location, close to 16th street mall with access to many restaurants and shops. Staff was friendly. Even the person who mistakingly barged into our room to drop off a crib that we didn't order smiled. 4⁴
Disliked: Perhaps it was out fault for not locking the top lock while we were in the room, but never did we imagine a staff member would enter our room, without knocking, to drop off a crib we didn't need or order. It happened about 30 minutes after we called the front desk to ask for someone to come unplug our bathroom vanity sink (which would not drain, at all).

Well-located hotel with friendly staff...

Liked: This was our second stay at this hotel. The rooms are nice, we preferred the Hyatt House — larger, well-equipped, and very clean. The location is good, close to the convention center and downtown, making it ideal for both business and personal trips. We really appreciated the helpfulness and availability of the front desk staff — they were always ready to answer our questions.
Disliked: However, the breakfast was quite basic with limited choices, especially compared to other hotels we've stayed at and the pool has too much clore in my opinion

A comfortable downtown stay with...

Liked: We really appreciated the on-site laundry and the convenient downtown location. It put us within easy walking distance of so many fun attractions, like the Illusion Museum, Selfie Museum, and Children’s Museum.
Disliked: The pool was unfortunately too cloudy and a strong chlorine smell, which made us hesitant to let our kids swim. Breakfast also lacked variety - vegetarian options were limited, and there were none available for vegans.

Amazing. Would stay forever.

Liked: Loved the cleaniness and room of the size of family we had. Loved the amenities and complimentary facilities.
Disliked: The pool. Was pretty polluted and small. Breakfast could have been a little more variety other than eggs, sausage and potatoes. Can we suggest waffles or pancakes??

Liked: Very spacious and comfortable room and friendly helpful staff
Disliked: Breakfast was limited in choice but ok

Disappointing

Nice hotel but be sure...

Liked: A nice place located in the heart of the city. It was within walking distance of several places. The room was nice and clean. The amount of space in the room was nice for my small family. The mountain view from the room was stunning.
Disliked: I wasn’t informed that parking was up to $75 a day until the day of check in when I received the instructions. That information was not in the details on booking.com. To make matters worse, the valet was unable to park our “oversized” truck. The public parking around the hotel is around $15-$35 a day with only one lot allowing you to come and go freely without having to pay for parking again.
