Mike, Laramie, visiting Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre

We booked this hotel at the last minute. We were greeted by Jonathan with a friendly smile who checked us in and gave us a good recommendation for Italian food. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a 'cook to order' omelette and a variety of breakfast foods. We will definitely stay here again.

Liked: I loved everything about the hotel; the large room, the breakfast and the friendly staff.
Disliked: None.

Great for a family vacation.

Liked: The staff was excellent and very professional. The rooms were clean. The beds are real comfortable. We got the two bedrooms suits with a kitchen. This made it easier for us to buy snacks & heat up food. The breakfast was good. We really enjoyed our stay here. We were to busy being up & down that we didn’t get a chance to use the pool.

Staff are lovely, stay was...

Liked: Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Bacon was very burnt most days and ran out of things quickly.
Disliked: Pool was way too cold to swim in. Outside fire pit was out of order disappointing.

Superb

Liked: Everything was great! Clean, friendly, great value for the price!
Disliked: It was end of may and the pool wasn’t open. And it was hot. Other than that everything was fine.

Happy with the stay.

Liked: All was better than expected. The room was very comfortable and the staff was excellent. However, the side doors for 1st floor residents didn't work for re-entry. All residents had to use the lobby. Which was not that bad and I don't blame Hyatt House for reducing the access to the property. All was very good.
