We booked this hotel at the last minute. We were greeted by Jonathan with a friendly smile who checked us in and gave us a good recommendation for Italian food. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a 'cook to order' omelette and a variety of breakfast foods. We will definitely stay here again.

Disliked: Seems a little run down. And could use better cleaning on the walls and floors. The hallway had a smell that kind of threw me off. Just didn't feel clean enough.

Liked: Location. Cleanliness. Features. Well equipped. Breakfast good. Staff very friendly and helpfull.
Disliked: Misdirected by front desk... and walked around complex from lobby. Should have driven. Bed was low to ground andhelpful. Mattress way too soft. Couch in living room in need of repair/replacement. Torn fabric. Otherwise AOK

Awesome staff, awesome rooms awesome...

Liked: We had the 2 BR/ 2Bath suite with one king bed and two queen beds. Beds are soooo comfortable and the room was spacy . It was nice to have each your own privacy but you could still socialize in the kitchen/living room. Just wish there were more than 2 stools in the kitchen ...for a room that large you would of thought it would have 4 with a larger breakfast bar in the kitchen to socialize. Loved having a full size refrigerator and freezer. Just note: because the rooms have freezers the hotel DOES NOT offer an ice machine ...so if your ice maker wasnt turned on...your screwed if you need ice. My cousin had sprained her knee and we had no way to help her out with ice for it. Also, breakfast is yummy but dont be a minute late because they are DONE ..lol no straggling munchies.
Disliked: Just the social areas could use some renovation. Carpet is worn and the elevator is sloooowwww. They really need to try to do something about that elevator....you can wait for a while waiting for it and depending where your room is...the stairs aren't always a more convenient choice.

Great location, Prateck at the...

Liked: The multi room suites are very large and they have full kitchens. There’s plenty of room and there is a bathroom per bedroom, which is very helpful when traveling with the family. There’re plenty of parking spaces close to each room. The location is right next to Target, interstate 25, and lots of stores and restaurants in the Denver tech center area, which is a clean part of Denver. Additionally, the staff seems to be a lot better than in the past.
Disliked: I have been coming to this hotel once per year for the last 6 - 7 years because it has been really nice and spacious for my family, was a good value, and a nice place. However, it has not been updated once in that time. The couches in the main central living area are getting shabby. The grout in the showers is old, and the whole place needs updating overall, but it’s still acceptable at this point. If they don’t start updating we may look at another Hyatt House in the Denver area next time. Additionally, I did not appreciate the quality of the staff on the two prior years trips, but was pleasantly surprised this time by much better service.

Liked: Amazing staff, huge full apartment-sized units, clean, you get so much for your money.

Passable

Liked: The room was clean. It had 2 bedrooms, a living space, and a kitchen so there was plenty of room for our family. It was really nice having the beds in their own rooms. It allowed us to have privacy and we didn't have to go to bed at the same time as the kids. We didn't really use the kitchen but it was nice to have the option and a full size fridge.
Disliked: This trip we had trouble with the hotel staff. We had zero cold water on the 2nd night. They fixed it the next day as there was no maintenance staff after 5. Cold water available for less than 6 hours and again no maintenance on hand to fix the issue. When requesting to speak with a manager was told the manager will not be in until Monday, a day after departure. The carpet had several spots where it was coming apart. Breakfast was not good. We tried it for several days, as each day there was a new menu but the food was awful. Biscuits were hard, eggs watery, no flavor on the sausage or the bacon, french toast was soggy, etc. The master shower was a little weird, I am short so I had to get into the shower in order to turn it on as the door was too far away from the faucet.

Nice place, horrible attitudes among...

Liked: The location is great! The rooms are very nice, everything you need is available in the room.
Disliked: Staff is very, very arrogant! Not very friendly and management in their offices are even worse! The communication among the staff is horrendous! It's the only hotel I know where they will have people come and bother you before checkout time! The maid was polite; however, the guy was quite rude with a horrible attitude! Does the system not tell you when someone is checking out - and why bother the guest 1hr before they check out!? No one seems to know how the air conditioning works and when someone did come, it still didn't work! You will be charged for parking - it's not a garage, huge parking area not attached to anyone nor anything but they still charge you daily ($10). What bothered me the most was the attitude of the staff! I've stayed here more than once - the second time was much worse than the first!

Disappointing

Liked: I was able to explore the area outside of the hotel
Disliked: The hotel had a funny smell, the carpet was torn in areas, some of the exit doors were broken. The water in the shower was room temperature and never got any hotter, the shower was not clean, and had hair in it. The toilet was dirty, all of the liquid bottles in the shower were empty. There were spiders in our room. It was the worse Hyatt hotel we have stayed in, and I enjoy the Hyatt, it's my preferred hotel.
