I love the hotel but...

Liked: The location because it was close to where I had to attend my events
Disliked: The parking is horrible and there is an old apartment building with all type of loud people with some scoping out the parking lot to see what they can steal from cars along with drugs and alcohol right there in the open.

Disliked: Parking is a joke there is no parking and if you do find something you have to walk a block away and that is not ideal with babies and luggage.

Liked: The breakfast was great. Having a microwave and fridge in the room was excellent. The bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: Parking was limited and the overflow parking was not obvious

Friendly, welcoming and clean!

Liked: I moved to here after going to the hotel the airline provided due to a delayed flight, the other hotel was a dive. On arrival Bridget greeted me with a smile and was very helpful and welcoming. Nothing was an issue. The entire team at the hyatt were lovely. The room was perfect for a weary traveller and all amenities were provided. I didnt try the breakfast but did look at it and it looked like a good selection
Disliked: Nothing.
