Disliked: Parking was insufficient. We had to park on the road and go back down from our room for long periods of time to secure a spot in hopes we weren’t ticketed or towed.

Overall the hotel was very...

Liked: The facility and the room were very nice. I liked that they had a bar area where you could order food and had pool and tic tac toe to do. The breakfast was great! Lot of options to choose from.
Disliked: The location was not ideal. It was next to a main road and hospital. You could hear the cars and sirens all night.

Disliked: There was no bathroom toiletries such as lotion just shampoo in the shower but lotion would have been great

Liked: Alex was very professional and accommodating. We had to adjust our stay to match my need for care at the hospital. Alex handled in like a pro.
Disliked: It was surprising how limited the parking lot was. It would have been nice to have a bigger parking lot, so we would have felt more comfortable leaving the hotel and exploring Denver.
