Liked: The room far exceeded my expectations. If very hotel room was like this one I'd be so happy. It was easy to get to the airport from here. The staff was excellent

A good night sleep before...

Liked: As always with Hyatt house, you get a large comfortable room a proper kitchen with all the implement you need to prepare a meal, a comfortable bed and a good shower .
Disliked: We arrived for breakfast before 8:30 and when I asked for porridge to be made as there was none left the woman who was doing the serving was very reluctant to make more porridge but she did after a little discussion

Liked: location and room very good. i think is very useful for families with children.breakfast was normal. i would add some healthy options.

Liked: The room had a working shower/toilet and there was parking.
Disliked: 1. Called ahead to request a high room floor and away from elevator. I was informed by “Christa” that she only had a third floor between the elevators and the elevators were not working. 2. Elevator broke3. Maid showed up at 8 15 am and check out is 12. I had put quite and do not disturb on door. She knocked once- before I could make it back to the door- she started opening it and saying hello - hello. I called downstairs to ask them if check out was at 8 am and I was told no it was 12 and informed them to not send anyone in until then4. No bottle water at breakfastIf staff wants us out by 8 am they should inform us that they need the rooms vacated immediately to ensure that cleaning is done at their pace and they can organize their day as they please.
