Clean.

Liked: Usually happy with this chain. Only stayed one night and left before food was available, so I cannot comment on that.Morning shuttle was reserved at front desk, arrived on time and dropped off at airport promptly.
Disliked: Main elevator was inoperable. Room was 3rd floor.Shuttle from airport was ridiculously long awaited. Front desk told us 30 min, but waited 1.5hrs.Make your own sofa bed. Room thermostat did not respond, stayed cold. No blankets.

Liked: The main beds were comfortable. Good shuttle to the terminal.
Disliked: Sofa bed was dirty - no linen to be found in the room and staff unhelpful in providing it.Breakfast was poor/moderate

Liked: From entering the door into the lobby all the way up to my room everything was neat and tidy and clean. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Having the free shuttle to the airport was wonderful! All the drivers were very pleasant, and the free breakfast was a bonus. The serving area was kept clean, and the variety of offerings was adequate.
Disliked: The only thing that was a letdown was that one of the elevators wasn’t working but those things happen and I know it’s not a daily occurrence. It didn’t inconvenience me.
