Hyatt House Denver Airport

My stay was "Okay", nothing...

Liked: Rooms are more than expected and definitely catered towards the American market; stay was for 2 nights, several days apart, with staying in a King Suite and Queen Suite respectively. Both Suites were large with a fully-kitted and functioning kitchen (including full-size dishwasher and large fridge freezer!). The bed in each Suite was appropriate to the mentioned Suite size and were comfortable but had soft non-supportive pillows (I know, first World problems!) that was clean and tidy but tired in some areas and both rooms had a loud external wind noise from a vent into the room, plus there is an amount or road and rail noise from the reasonably close proximity of the road and railway. There is also an intrusion of airport plane noise (again, I know, first World problem as it's close to the airport) with being near to the flight path but it shows a lack of insulation and soundproofing. Sadly, despite what it says on hotel website and on posters in the hotel, the bar is small and basic and the food options are minimal at the 'restaurant'. Thankfully, there are several alternative restaurants and eateries within 0.5 mile. However, what is poor, is breakfast. Minimal choice, variety, quality and standard. DON'T EXPECT EUROPEAN LEVELS OF BREAKFAST. And as for the profligate waste of utensils with disposable cups, plates and plastic cutlery..!
Disliked: 1. Levels of customer service (I've received better from budget hotels that have far lower hotel rates)2. Bar & restaurant3. Breakfast4. Unnecessary levels of room facilities (i.e fully-fitted kitchen)

Liked: The 1 bedroom suite with the additional sofa bed foir our kids was perfect. Hotel was quiet and just minutes from the airport. Kids loved the included breakfast! Staff were all super friendly.

Disliked: After checking I was "accidentaly" charged " my 50 USD deposit. Not what you expect in an Hyatt. So double check your bank accout. And I didn't receive an apologie.
