Hotel does not meet expected...

Liked: The breakfast was decent. The breakfast attendant was nice.
Disliked: Hallway on fourth floor was not air conditioned. Room 415 towel bar in bathroom was broken. One of the phones in the room is broken. I had requested featherless pillows ahead of my reservation due to allergies and the request was not honored. I had to call the front desk only to be told that there was only one employee on duty so I would need to come to the front desk to retrieve the requested pillow.

Liked: Location The staff was great. And gave me a full refund.
Disliked: The room was horrible. Found long hair under blanket when I pulled the banket back. Due too oder You couldn't even breathe in there due to whatever they used in the room. And what was worse was the management tried to say they couldn't smell it. No accountability.
