Liked: Check in with fast
Disliked: Phone did not work no toilet paper only one towel had to call the front desk on my personal phones told me there's nothing she could do she was the only one there feel I should have got a refund

Liked: I liked the size of our two bedroom suite but that’s about it.
Disliked: Staff doesn’t pay much attention they sit their on their headphones at the desk and act like they don’t have time to answer questions. The rooms were visibly dirty. Carpets tore up and stained, dishes were in the cabinets but filthy like they were only rinsed not washed, the room smelled like cigarettes, there was only 1 towel in each bathroom, and only 1 roll of toilet paper, there were people camping out sleeping in the parking lot, and the beds/pillows were not comfortable at all. We have stayed here many times in the past and it was never this horrible. We booked for 3 days but we won’t be going back.

Disliked: Everything needs to be updated , cleaned more cares for more I had to buy products to clean the room I had went to 3 rooms before I found 1 good enough to sleep in and pool needed a good clean but the 2 front desk workers were amazing!!!!!

Disliked: The front desk guy was rude and not welcoming. I felt as though I was a bother to him. Very unprofessional.

Liked: Didn't eat breakfast cooked my own
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room everything in the kitchen was dirty counter top , coffee maker , stove top, there was a dead fly in the lamp cover on the desk, water leak beneath the bathroom sink, housekeeping pull my towels and didn't replace until the next day in which I still had to wait for hours I've stayed here several times things like this never happened very surprised.

Liked: Got to the property they had given out rooms away because we booked through booking.com

Disliked: Dirty walls and dirty carpet

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: No towels for pool area at desk, no extra pillows for beds, hot tub wasn’t working, the pool area wasn’t closed at 9 so noisy til late and our room was right at pool.
