Liked: booking.com messed up my reservation as they do often and the manager and front desk lady we above and beyond and got us a room to accommodate us and they have the best customer service that I have seen in a long time. Job well done, well managed and run establishment

Budget hotel, if you don't...

Liked: I liked the price point for the size of the room and location to local activities.
Disliked: The bed did not have a fitted sheet on, instead it was just a sheet, you could see the mattress cover underneath it. The pillows were too small for the bed, even small for a queen. The location is next to a public transit operation and at night it seems a little sketchy when you arrive. During the day, it seemed fine. Also very close to the airport and you will hear the planes without question. Woke me up on more than one occasion.It says they have the "H Bar" at this location. While they might have at one point, when I asked the counter clerk she was quick to say we don't have a bar, as she looked at me wondering why I would ask that. There was the "bar location" located on the same counter as it turns the corner. It has two old taps, even has old tall pilsner glasses under the counter you can see. They should definitely update the website to omit the bar.Inside, the sink was clean but was cracking. The locking bar on the inside of the door was missing a screw and halfway attached to the door, could easily be pushed and the lock would come out of the door. One of the kitchen cabinets was also missing screws on the hinge and would just hang off. The air conditioner worked great in the main room, but the bedroom was about 4-5 degrees warmer than the living area.
