Great place to stay in...

Liked: Room was comfortable. Nice couch area next to the kitchen area. Shower was huge, bed was comfortable. We were on the 8th floor and had an amazing view of the Chicago skyline. Breakfast was fantastic, best free hotel breakfast we've ever had! So many shops and restaurants all around the area and train was about 3 blocks away.
Disliked: Shower gel dispenser was empty.

Disliked: Cleaning could be better rooms cleaned every 2 days if your lucky check every 2 days at front desk to see if your room is downed to be cleaned

Liked: Big room with a small kitchen. Quiet neighborhood, train and subway (purple line goes to center "loop" in rush hours) in walking distance. Beach, park and good restaurants near.
Disliked: I would appreciate a wider selection of fruits and vegetables in breakfast.

Disappointed

Liked: They had on site parking
Disliked: The Hotel booked the the room we booked months in advance. When we arrived they notified of that and told us we could get a smaller room. However the smaller room didn’t have enough beds for our group. Needless to say after much discussion the came up with two rooms but were not a large a suites. They didn’t offer any type of discount or give a discount for hassle. Wouldn’t trust this wouldn’t happen again, if in Chicago will not stay there again.
