I would do this again without any hesitation. Room was clean with everything you need/expect.

Liked: Very close to the venue in a very nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and activity.
Disliked: Nothing.

Clean; safe; reasonable.

Liked: Convenient; clean; reasonable for Chicago.
Disliked: Nothing bad.

A lovely stay.

Liked: The location was ideal for us visiting relations on Randolph street. On 11th floor the area was quiet and good view of main street.
Disliked: No butter available on one day. Provide whole milk.

Liked: Good breakfast very convenient location for west loop. Spacious room and hotel common areas. Easy arrival and checkout.
Disliked: Housekeeping services not offered during my three day stay. Front desk staff was indifferent to questions and not very accommodating on arrival.

Liked: Good location. Easy check in. Good facilities
Disliked: Parties on our floor. Every single night people were up yelling , carrying on super loud. Slamming doors. This went late into the night every single night we were there. This happened last time a stayed as well. Thought it was a one off but I think they have wedding parties and if I stay again will request to be put away from wedding parties.
