I would do this again without any hesitation. Room was clean with everything you need/expect.
Liked: Very close to the venue in a very nice neighborhood with lots of restaurants and activity.
Disliked: Nothing.

Excellent Stay in the Windy...
Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was excellent with lots of resturants and shops around. Plus it was an easy 20 minute walk to the United Center.
Disliked: Not much parking on site(parking garages were close and cheaper though), fridge in the suite was small and not as cold as it could be.

Superb
Liked: Good location. Easy to get to and was able to find parking around the hotel. Walking distance to bars and restaurants. Quiet area.
Disliked: Just a little bit pricey. Check in at 3. Room wasn't ready yet when we arrived at 3. Maybe half an hour extra wait.

In general was good but...

It was a good experience...
Liked: Ver clean and good location. I had reserved 5 rooms and we couldn’t get into our 5th room until 8:30 - too late so we moved people together and I was just going to cancel the reservation or ask for refund because we couldn’t get into the room - but they said it was a $250 charge for cancellation so I did not cancel one of the rooms 1101? Had a backed up toilet for 4-5 hours. Since we had other rooms again we were able to work it all out I am requesting a refund on the room we did not use. The manager at the property is willing to do this. He said Booking.com should Get in touch with him.
Disliked: We liked the property and the location.. rooms were not ready on time and toilet problems. Found the manager knowledgeable.
