Mostly Positive!

Liked: Nice hotel, reasonably priced. The room was a good size and we appreciated the kitchenette! The breakfast was standard "hotel free breakfast" fare - not exciting but not terrible considering it's included in the room price.
Disliked: The pool and jacuzzi were...meh. The area was clean and the sauna + little work out room were great but the pool was absolutely freezing and the jacuzzi was, at best, luke warm which, to us was a pretty big let down!

A luxurious gorgeous hotel with...

Liked: It was excellent. Customer service was amazing and fabulous. Also, it was nice that the hotel room had a small kitchen and kitchenwares. The quality of water was really nice. It’s good to have a gym and swimming pool although I wasn’t able to use them. The outside of hot view looked gorgeous and luxurious. The price was very nice compared to the high quality of hotel amenities.
Disliked: One of the reasons I chose this hotel was about the breakfast menu. The staff over the phone stated that they serve omelette and hot breakfast. Next morning, I found out that there was an omelette station, but a kitchen staff said that this hotel wouldn’t serve omelette until next month and she needs to check with a hotel manager. So it was a great disappointment. Besides the omelette, the main breakfast food (French toasts, eggs, and sausage) weren’t cooked well. I wish the manager gives a more attention to the quality of breakfast next time.

Liked: Breakfast could have been better and they was always running out and had to wait a while for more food.
Disliked: The Tv and internet was out majority of my stay and no one tried to accommodate me and I had purchased 4 rooms for my family.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The TV didn’t work, pool was small, staff was rude and bathroom door didn’t close along with the toilet kept running.

Liked: The staff was very helpful. I was in a ♿️ accessible room, and it was great to be able to move around.I also enjoyed the pool. When I went, there was only a young family there and we had a good time.
