Disliked: Uncle and room , as checking in.. No Sauna , and bad service.

Disliked: The rooms were not entirely clean. The carpets need a good cleaning, the baseboards were dirty and the down alternative comforter needs replacement.

Disliked: I didn’t like that, despite the cost of what I paid to have the room for two nights I didn’t have an extra blankets For my kids that came with a room that all my other family members had in their room the microwave not working… well it worked, but it wouldn’t heat the food The remote for the TV didn’t work so we were stuck on the same channel for half the night until the maintenance technician came to fix that and the call I made to front desk to get housekeeping to send over extra blankets and they never showed up so I had to go all the way to the lobby from the fifth floor to get set blanket but despite all that it was a solid two nights

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: The person who was working front office called the police which embarrassed my family stating our youngest children were in room alone. No attempt to call phone and there was a legal aged child with the children. After leaving attempt several charges saying the didn’t charge a night of stay when it was booked through a 3rd party. Sad as ever never again.
