Disliked: Not knowing about main switch for bathroom. Thought bathroom lights were out. Did not find out until morning missed my shower couldn’t see in bathroom

Disliked: no hot water, woke up a 5am to be out the door by 6am, waited 20 min still no hot water. hotel was not even that busy. when i mentioned to the front desk, response was ... we have hot water. didnt seem to care that my room did not. left and went to my meeting with out a shower after an 8 hour day drive.
