Liked: location was great.
Disliked: no hot water, woke up a 5am to be out the door by 6am, waited 20 min still no hot water. hotel was not even that busy. when i mentioned to the front desk, response was ... we have hot water. didnt seem to care that my room did not. left and went to my meeting with out a shower after an 8 hour day drive.

Liked: Awesome Location—walkable, close to restaurants, grocery, park. Lovely Suite. Clean guest Laundry facility.
Disliked: Unattended large dog barking for hours for two evenings in room beside me. I called front desk both days, multiple times. They said they could not reach the guest by phone.

Liked: Location was perfect, and hotel was very clean. Our room had HVAC issues, and we had to wait to have it checked out. We were moved when a room became ready. The bed was quite comfortable, and it was nice to have a small bar on site. Having a kitchen with all of the essential appliances was awesome.
Disliked: Our only issue had to do with the size of the room. We thought a King Suite would be larger. While the kitchen area was spacious with a microwave and refrigerator, the bedroom was very tight, with only a TV (on stand) separating that part from the "compact" sofa area. When we mentioned that we thought we had booked a one-bedroom suite, we were told that this room was the largest suite they have. Overall a positive experience and would stay there again...loved the area!

Liked: We have stayed here several times and love it. We had a bad experience this time but the man at desk was very nice and tried to help
Disliked: Keys didn’t work for room. We were moved to another and the keys didn’t work there. Waited 30min in hall to be moved back to original room that air didn’t work all night
