The room looked clean, bed...

Liked: The room looked clean, bed was comfortable, but I have a really bad experience with this hotel.So my husband and I came to this hotel with our son for son’s state competition. They gave us room #412 (with a master bedroom and a sofa in the living room). We dropped our stuff over there and went to look at the city. Come back late just for sleeping in. Here was a problem! Because they have all their AC system inside the building (maybe it's going from the roof to the 1st floor, I don't really care). So it was a terrible sound all night! I got maybe 1,5 hours of sleep, because I can not sleep with the feeling that I am in the middle of the parking lot with the working tracks around!!! In any other situation I usually call to receptionist and ask to change a room, but at this time my son was a main person on this trip, and he sleep grate at the sofa.So I spent all night getting info about the noise level.
Disliked: The morning after his competition, I went to the front desk and asked how they couldn't get decent sound in a room for $230 a night? They didn't apologize or offer any rewards. They just told me to book directly from their website because it can be cheaper!Unbelievable!
