Great place to stay! But...

Liked: Location and room type
Disliked: I was charged for a bottle of water after the stay that we did not use and never saw an invoice for it until it showed up on my credit card. I call the hotel and went into the manager’s voice mail. Never heard back from them and left 3 more messages to the manager and they never returned my call. I then went to the front desk person by phone (2x) and they have tried to credit my credit card. So as of right now, I am waiting to see if the credit shows up.My biggest issue is the manager does not return calls and is never available.Let’s see if the credit shows up.The stay was April 6&7 and it is now April 24. How long should I wait for a response? How many times do I need to follow up. Sad. This is a nice place to stay

Liked: Staff was pleasant and helpful.
Disliked: The king suite was poorly maintained. Pocket door bathroom was terrible. Bedroom door stick. Couch was old hard as rock one side. The sank to ground. Bathroom fan was loud and needed fixing.
