Hyatt House Boulder Broomfield

This is a great place to stay. We were seeing a show at the 1st Bank Center - there is a RTD bus nearby that can get you to and from the shows or, Denver and Boulder. Great rooms. Great staff. 5+++.

Liked: The place was clean, smelled good. Room was immaculate and lovely.
Disliked: No negatives.

The hotel was awesome, my only disappointment is that it is 4 miles from the 1st Bank Center, not less than 1 as advertised on this website. (The fine print says the measurement is a straight line from the venue....but who goes off of that?) Anyways, thought we would be able to walk but ended up having to pay for transportation. Everything else was spectacular

Disappointing

Liked: The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was good
Disliked: I had written the hotel requesting a room with a bathtub due to a health condition, which was confirmed in writing. Then, when I got there, the room only had a shower. I upgraded to a room with a bathtub, and the plug did not hold water. I complained and was left waiting in my room for 3 1/2 hours with no one coming. Then their solution was to put a lot of towels on the plug, which only floated to the top. Also, a coffee cap was tried, and that floated to the top. Then the maintenance came the next day and only made the situation worse with a plug that did not screw in. They could have just taken the drain shield off and gotten a rubber stopper, and that would have worked. So frustrating. I was told they would not charge me for the upgrade, which I am grateful for, but the hassle was no fun.

Superb

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, room was nice and as expected, plenty of coffee available.
Disliked: I wished breakfast started earlier than 7, although it was nice that they had all of the cold items out earlier, so I could grab some fruit and a muffin on the way out.

Liked: So so nice! Spacious room with full kitchen ( we had the king suit room), bed was comfortable and bathroom was very clean and nice. Enough space in our room for 2 adults and our 1 year old. Fitness center had good equipment. Breakfast had a lot of options and seemed very fresh.
Disliked: All was good!
