Pleasant staff, clean hotel. Good...

Liked: Good location, pleasant and accommodating staff.
Disliked: There was one aggressive homeless person that accosted us. Otherwise, the homeless that hung around the Homeless Services Building 2 blocks away were not bothersome.

Disliked: Stayed 3 nights, trash not emptied during whole stay, and no service.
