Liked: I love how spacious it was. It was clean and modern.
Disliked: Parking was terrible! Only had 2 levels of parking by the hotel. If get in a little late you had to park across the street in a parking garage, and walk up the street to the hotel.

We have stayed several times...

Liked: Close to hospital. Lovely staff. Clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Pool area should be more closely monitored. Cushions were removed from chairs by kids, put in ground and soaked with water. It was not a relaxing space to be outside.

Passable

Liked: Overall the property was clean and location was perfect.
Disliked: Our bathroom and bedroom doors didn't close. It was per hair all over the carpet and the A/C unit was very loud. The temperature of the room wasn't comfortable, either it was too hot or too cold.

Pleased. Would definitely stay here...

Liked: Excellent breakfast and food. Restaurant food was excellent also.
Disliked: Cleaning staff times. One day it was 7pm when they wanted to cleanPull out couch bed should have been set-up with sheets already on. Pillow for the pull-out couch had no pillow case. There were 3 adults in the room.

Always a great stay...

Liked: We started coming to this hotel a few times after leaving Atlanta. We like this hotel and the staff. Everything is clean and well maintained. The staff is always welcoming.
Disliked: The only issue was the television in room 712. The remote was not the original, so we couldn't cast to tv, etc...and it was glitchy. Other than that, it was a great stay as always.

Liked: My stay at the Hyatt in Atlanta was excellent overall—almost perfect. The room was very clean, and everything was in good condition. The TV was high quality, easy to use, and had the option to connect to mobile apps. I also appreciated that it could be rotated toward either the bed or the sofa, which made it very convenient.The breakfast was delicious, and the staff preparing it were very kind and pleasant. The hotel also had great amenities, including a good pool, a well-equipped gym, and a nice area to sunbathe. I really liked the spacious interior with plenty of soft seating and relaxing common areas.
Disliked: The AC in the room was a bit noisy. Some of the reception staff didn’t seem very welcoming.Aside from that, everything else was great, and I would definitely recommend this property.
