Great location, subpar facilities

Liked: Great location, lots of restaurants within walking distance and the aquarium is so close it's visible from the hotel. It was a decent price, pool was nice. Manager was very nice and professional and let us know about discounts to local places while staying with them.
Disliked: Breakfast was nothing to rave about. Our room was blazing hot. Our first room they tried to give us had a huge blind completely missing from the window. The manager gave us a different room and was very accommodating. Although, I found it a bit strange to not know a huge blind is completely broken off the window when you hand over a room key to a new guest. The beds were super hard. I'm not a complainer and usually just take what I get but with my kids there it was very inconvenient for all of us to take all our luggage back and forth and change rooms. The valet parking is 55 dollars a day and cuts off a 2pm the next day which i felt was a money grab.The valet guy seemed like he was miserable and not very friendly. Either way it was decent but I would probably pick somewhere else next time.

Liked: enough options for everyone. I prefer bread, scrambled egg, cut fruits and fresh fruits with coffee. It was good enough for me to stay energized. no complaints.

An unclean, uncomfortable and inconvenient...

Liked: My daughter and her cousin said the free continental breakfast was good and offered variety. There was a hot bar, cold bar and breads
Disliked: The first room had a funny odor with blinds that were tapped up with duct tape and fell down when we tried to open them. We were then moved to another, smaller room but it had bugs in the bathroom and bedroom! The property is mandatory valet parking, but the valet had to be searched for when we were coming and going, causing unnecessary delays.

Liked: The front desk staff and valet were both very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I did book a one bedroom suite so I paid a little more than usual for this vacation and was disappointed with my room. All of my blinds were taped and couldn't be opened. At one point, one fell down, and they had to send maintenance up to remove it. I would've liked to be able to see the view. I also had an issue with the pool. While we were down on our 2nd day of vacation, there were two young girls down there with a speaker playing very loud vulgar music. My vacation was a family vacation, so I had children as well as the other families that were down and left the pool. It just wasn't comfortable to me.

Liked: Very clean and safe feeling!!
Disliked: The paying to park where you’re staying was crazy! Also it’s expensive $55 a night! Which isn’t listed in the booking! It will be an extreme surprise to you especially after paying to park everywhere else in Atlanta!

Will not stay again.

Liked: Bar service and breakfast ok.
Disliked: Didn’t have clean towels available when needed. Floor in bathroom needs repair. Valet parking too much.
