Liked: The thing I liked most about the hotel was the friendly and welcoming staff who made my stay enjoyable.
Disliked: The pictures in the advertisement did not match the actual hotel, as there were noticeable stains on the floor, and the valet parking was overpriced, which made the stay less enjoyable.
