Liked: The convenience to the aquarium
Disliked: The ac did not work in the room since our first day/night, remote control was disgusting and not cleaned, no shower liner, sheets had multiple colored crusted stains. Would have asked for more but hotel staff was always busy.

Definitely needs a new cleaning...
Liked: The location was great- short walk to the aquarium and coca cola factory, as well as many places to eat! The staff was VERY good, but there simply wasn't enough of them! I swear, this place was busy, and there was truly one woman doing EVERYTHING entirely by herself for her shift (that was probably 12+ hours long) and doing it well, being kind, and so patient even with rude guests!
Disliked: The rooms were dirty. The first room we stayed in, and had to move from due to a non working fridge or AC, left the bottom of our bare feet looking like we trekked through a Walmart in Alabama without shoes on, which made me so uncomfortable having my kids in. The bathroom looked like it had been cleaned with a wet wipe and never vacuumed or mopped. The second room wasn't nearly as bad, I'm guessing due to the fact it wasn't as frequently used, but still could tell the cleaning staff needs SERIOUS training and accountability work. The place is seriously understaffed. All of the employees that worked the front desk (and had to do everything entirely alone for HOURS) had zero help, and they were fantastic, BUT a hotel, with as many guests as can fit in this hotel, there needs to be more help available than ONE person who is having to check people in and answer every phone call whether it is from current guests or past/future ones- that's just crazy not to have someone there to help who can come to rooms if they are needed and help out the person who is being worked so hard they don't even have time to use the restroom!

Liked: Staff were so friendly and helpful. Facility was very clean. Location was great, walking distance from everything we needed.
Disliked: Breakfast was way to busy, there wasn't enough spots to sit and the food was not replenished fast enough to meet the demands of the people there.

Liked: Overall location and services provided by the hotel were exceptional.
Disliked: I think the parking could be included in the stay - no valet parking and if so it should be offered free of charge.
